Hardness of PVC foam board

Due to the structure of its component molecules, PVC foam boards are highly strong which ensures that they don’t undergo any deformation

When producing PVC foam boards, carbon dioxide bubbles are made across the board and remain within the board due to the rheological behavior of the PVC.

By controlling the PVC and monitoring production factors, the size and distribution of bubbles in the board can be adjusted to obtain a homogeneous structure. The uniform structure of the cross-section of the boards, including bubble size, bubble uniformity, hardness of the top and bottom surfaces of the boards, etc. results in their strength, uniform cutting, lack of chipping when cutting, proper bending, and homogeneous weight along board length.
